adding Flash to Firefox

Can someone please tell me how to add aldobe flash to firefox, It won't let me install it...

This should help:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

install the rpm.

If your running a 64 bit OS, it needs a wrapper for 32 bit Flash. google flash player for 64 bit linux
