problems when accessing installed apps

Postby bram101 » Sun Feb 28, 2010 5:18 am

Hello

I am new to Linux and Amahi. I installed Fedora 12 then Amahi, got it to work and I can reach, on a client pc (Windows 7) via IE8, http://hda or http://silver166.com (internal dns). I can log in on the HDA dashboard but when I try to start an installed application Eyeos IE comes up with the error message "The webpage can not be displayed". I can reach all other pages on the dashboard, do all actions except for starting the installed applications. Did a reboot and a update action but to no avail.

Hope somebody can help.

stejorge: did you disable the DHCP in your router?

Flashed the router with new firmware supported by amahi (Linksys WRT54GS) And let amahi control the router, that seemd to fix it...
