Instal code gives error

hi mates just installed Amahi
in im on this step http://www.amahi.org/instructions/install_amahi
but when i enter my code it says error
could someon help me ? ty

Check my post in the install thread (F12 Amahi 5 install, slight problem but success)

Typically when you receive an error for the install code, it means it was not valid. Please double check that your code is correct. Also, please post the error message you received so we can further try to troubleshoot your issue.

thats the problem its doesnt give an error at all it just says Error (else i would have searched the error code)

That is strange. Could be many things then. If you could check the system log, it might shed some light. All the logs are typically found in /var/logs. Look there and see if you can find something to post.

If we get more clues, we will be able to narrow down the issue.
