control panel; status; 'waiting install'

Postby lukeh81 » Tue Dec 06, 2016 9:12 pm

Hi,
I am new to all this.
I followed the installation instructions (amahi 9 install) including entering install code then rebooting which goes to [bosrich@localhost ~]$, but still have status 'waiting install' in the control panel. Not sure what to do? I tried turning off DHCP in the router settings, rebooting etc, but it still says 'waiting install'. Not sure what to do?
Cheers,
Luke

Sometimes it takes a little while for the dashboard to update on the web site.

Check the functionality of the HDA. Can you access it, install apps, etc?

I am having the exact same problem. Everything went smoothly now it says waiting install. I have waited for hours. I don't know how to test for functionality either. I am new to amahi and have no idea how to do anything haha. But what I did do is get the app on my phone and my hda does not show up in the all

Try starting with Transitioning to your Amahi server in the wiki. You will also find other tutorials on how to do certain tasks or watch the videos on the web site.
