Installation issues with User and Password

When in the server login web browser trying to finalize the install, it absolutely refuses to accept my user and password. There are no typos, I used lower case for all, I cant figure out why it always gets stuck on the last step. This is my fifth install attempt.

When you access http://hda, do you get a prompt for entering the password twice?
