Yes I am sorry but it does have a convenience fee. It's LIVE and not in testing, so it will work as designed. Will it fix your issues, I cannot say for sure since we still do not know the exact problem.

No problem. Sorry to hear it's not what you expected. The reason it's not part of the shares is due to how it's integrated now., as a plugin.

This was done intentionally to allow for expansion plus make it easy for users who do not want to use Greyhole. There are many who don't use it and it was a pain to disable in Amahi 6.

We feel this give us more control over adding features and not having to modify the platform as we did in the past. Should make upgrading Amahi to other platforms much easier and quicker on the development side.

Considering that once you set up Greyhole, you tend to never touch it again for configuration it works just fine in my opinion. The addition of the status and ability to force fcsk is a plus.

The reason for convenience cost on some apps relates to how much time and energy it often takes for us to create and maintain these. We are all volunteers and do not get a salary. While many frown on having to pay, we feel that we provide so much for free that this should not be a factor. We have to have some support funds to continue to host the web site, wiki, forums and maintain all the servers and development efforts that make Amahi so great.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you have resolved you issue. I will mark this as solved if you agree.
