SOLVED: CouchPotato cannot download NZB files

Hi - I installed my couchpotato application yesterday and tried to download some movies. I found the NZB cannot be downloaded even though the seed was snatched. I snapshot the error log as below. Thanks in advance if anyone know the root cause and solution for the issue.

Did you modify the configuration? I see reference to SABnzbd in the error messages.

Configuration on couchpotato or SABnzbd? I did configuration on bother CouchPotato and SABnzbd. But on SABnzbd just a tiny change only the watched folder to /var/hda/files/newsgroups/incoming.

I did more configs on CouchPotato, however, I can still pass "Test SABnzbd". Here listed all of major config changes I made.
1. Uncheck "Launch Browser"
2. Regarding port I still keep default 5050 even though your wiki recommends 5000 which i dont think mattters.
3. On downloader tab I Change black hole directory to SABnzbd watched file which was configured and synced in SABnzbd settings as well. I also enabled SABnzbd option with populated HOST/API key/Category. I got "connection successful" while doing "Test SABnzbd".
4. All unchecked on Renamer tab.
5. Movie library folder is same as my HDA setting

Recommend you follow the wiki exactly. I am unsure how current the guidance is, so you might want to check the internet to verify what you changed.

There also may be some info here in the forums posted by other users. I don't use these apps, so cannot help much.

Hopefully there is someone out there who can help you. Please understand it may be a few days before you hear anything from the community.

Please close the string because I found the root cause maybe from SABnzbd side.
