Yes. I can access the control panel by IP address. Could you please tell me how to release/renew DHCP lease on client? Also, should I disable router's DHCP prior to the release/renew on client? Thanks.

Yes, only one DHCP server can be running. You should disable it prior to renewing the client IP address.
