I was able to boot my 8gb USB made with rawrite as well.
Unfortunately once i hit install, I get this error "usbhid 1-1.1.1:1.1: couldn't find an input interrupt endpoint".
A few minutes after that it finds some more errors before giving up.

Thanks! Will check it out.

Based on the download size I presume you used an 8GB flash drive. Is it possible to use a smaller one and then make the image? I would think 2GB would be ok.

If not, I will make do with this one.
Sorry, I don't have a smaller drive. I lost all of mine recently (clipped together). I went to office depot and bought this one for $7.00, just to do the Amahi install.

If it's the download time that's an issue, I have uploaded a .rar version (just over 1GB). Still an 8GB image though.

Download size is not an issue. I just wanted to create an image for a 2GB vs 8GB drive. If this works, I planned to make it available for others.

If it works, I'll find a 2GB drive and make a new image.

Sounds good.

I may be able to copy it all over to a smaller USB drive manually, not sure yet. I will let you know the outcome.

For some reason the download does not finish. I have tried twice and it stops at 99%. Any ideas?

EDIT: Switched to Firefox and added extension. I was then able to download successfully.

I just uploaded it to Google Drive.

I went to the store looking for a 2GB drive. They didn't have any. But I got a second 8GB drive. I successfully created another bootable drive with Rawrite and the AmahiExpressDVD.iso

Cool. I don't know why, but Rawrite did not work for me either.

It must be something with my configuration. Hard to say but if I am having trouble, sure bet others will.

I'm sure you're right. What size flash drive are you using?

Also, I used the thumbdrive to boot a second computer. I didn't go through the install process, but I made it to the install setup page.

FWIW: I am using a Lexar 8GB S73 thumb drive

Both computers that I have booted are Asus motherboards with UEFI BIOSes. I booted from the non-UEFI option for my flash drive. For some reason I never have luck booting from the UEFI option of flash drives and I didn't even try with this one.

I have tried a SanDisk and Imation flash drives. The image you made did not work for me either.

My machine won't boot with them. I have successfully gotten it to boot using UNetbootin but then I get an error when it can't find the source files.
