trouble accessing wiki or calendar

Postby sdierks » Tue Aug 11, 2009 9:56 pm

Hello,
I'm new to both Amahi and Linux and have run into an issue with one of the two. I apologize if I'm double posting but I have searched the forum and can't find anything so any help I will greatly appreciate it. My problem is when I try to access the wiki or calendar I can not get to either page. When I try access the calendar I get sent to a fedora test page. i have tried both http://calendar and http://webcal and I get sent to the same page.
When I try to access the wiki I get a Internal Server error. I dont know any other link to get there or than http://wiki. I can install any other app and access them with no problem. I was having the same problem before and thought maybe a corrupt install so I did a fresh reload and install and had the same issue so I'm not sure what the issue is. Having just started with a fresh install and not completing all the updates yet is it possible that because I haven't done the updates that I'm having the issue.
If you need more information let me know and how to get it and I will do my best to get it for you. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

these are legacy apps that need to be made into "new style" apps :(

they can be flaky.

one possible way around it is to uninstall and reinstall.

otherwise, please install the app called "Wiki" which is a different wiki engine (and more mainstream, mediawiki).

can you try that?

sorry, we're a bit shorthanded as we move the amahi ship forward.

Okay,

I wasn't to worried about the wiki cause I can just install mwiki. Although the calendar would be nice. I read on one of the forums reinstalling the calendar. If that's not to difficult I'll give it a try or I can just uninstall/reinstall it again but I dont know how to do that so if thats what you suggest just let me know how to do it and I will give that a try.

Thanks in advanced
