SOLVED:1-click install of phpbb stuck "preparing to install"

I tried to remove myphpadmin to see if that would interfere but still no luck. It never stops or gives an error, just stays on "preparing to install".

should have details as to why it fails to install.

This definitely should not happen. Apps should just install and work flawlessly.

Usually an indication of a bad download. It seems the software link is not working correctly. We are hosting it locally now, so please try again.

BTW, there is a new version, 3.0.11, out, but we have not had the chance to update it yet. Will work it into the schedule over the next few days.
