How to remove drive from storage pool?

According to wiki it's
​greyhole --going=/var/hda/files/drives/drive#/gh​

However, here is my directory structure under /var/hda/files/:
Backups/ owncloud/ Public/ Storage/
There is no "drives" directory. Frist three directories are empty and the Storage directoy is my pool storage.
Similarly, /var/hda/drives/ is empty.

Do I have to do it manually by copying out the data somewhere, dismounting the drives and copying it back?

I presume there no drives directory as you do not have multiple drives installed. What is in the Storage directory?

It does not sound like you are using Greyhole as designed. We need additional information about your setup to understand how to assist.
