Web Address for a LAN
Web Address for a LAN
I currently have 2 PCs running Linux Mint 13.0 on a LAN connected to a router which accesses the Internet using ADSL. My LAN addresses are 10.0.0....If I install AMAHI, how do I get a Web Address for accessing my NAS?
Re: Web Address for a LAN
Once you have Amahi up and running, each device will get an IP address. You can view them via the Networking Dashboard tab.

I have amahi up and running. 'Networking' shows"There are no dynamic DHCP leases outstanding at this time.".
Re: Web Address for a LAN
You have to renew the DHCP lease on each client before it shows up in the dashboard. If you assigned a static IP to the machine, it will not show in the DHCP list.
