Install failure

Postby Bureaucromancer » Wed Nov 21, 2012 4:00 pm

I'm trying to get amahi installed on an older macbook (running lubuntu, but I've had no trouble with this in VMs). The install fails with:

Code: Select all

Installing the amahi Amahi Ubuntu repo Updating the repo Installing the Amahi platform (this may take a few minutes) Patching the dhcpd PID issue. Kicking off the Amahi installer (this may take a few more minutes) bash: line 42: /usr/bin/hda-install: No such file or directory *************************************************** *************************************************** ***** Reboot to get started with Amahi ***** *************************************************** ***************************************************
Any thoughts?

Indication of connectivity issue or you did not follow instructions at http://docs.Amahi.org. Ubuntu is the supported OS. Some derivatives may not work.

Like I said, I've had no trouble with lubuntu in VMs. Anywhere you could point me to trace a connectivity problem?

Ugh, unmodified ubuntu did work.

Thanks anyway.
