Postby hawkesite » Sun Jan 15, 2012 2:25 pm

When asked for user name and password, it is looking for your amahi user name and password. This could be the first admin user you created on install or any other users added afterwards.

Tried that, even tried creating a new user, failed. This is the dialog box in question:

I get the same pop up box and lets me log in.

Does your user name have Caps or blanks in it? What about the password? Might have to add the domain in front of the user name i.e. home.com\username.

Have a look at this page in the wiki.

What are you trying to connect to mate? This is the prompt I get when mapping drives shared on my HDA:

I've circled where the key point our dialogs deviate? Check that your are mapping a network drive to, for example:

Code: Select all

//hda/Books
myHDA: TranquilPC BBS ~ Intel Atom D510 1.66 GHz ~ 4GB DDR2 RAM ~ 3TB Data Storage [RAID5]
