find_domains_master_name_query_fail(350)??

Hi all,
I have running my Amahi box for couple weeks now, it runs very well indeed. I am still learning the in and out of it. I notice there is a message keeps coming up under var/log/messages:

May 11 00:12:00 localhost nmbd[2780]: find_domain_master_name_query_fail:
May 11 00:12:00 localhost nmbd[2780]: Unable to find the Domain Master Browser name HOME.COM<1b> for the workgroup HOME.COM.
May 11 00:12:00 localhost nmbd[2780]: Unable to sync browse lists in this workgroup.

Could anyone tell me why this message comes up and how to fix it?

this is harmless. we were adviced by the samba team to turn an option to make things easier with samba in multiple workgroup situation or whatnot.

we should make this an option. if only we remembered what exact samba option was this, we could eliminate it, as we don't see much benefit over this option and the errors are not nice.

that would probably be the "preferred master = yes" in /etc/samba/smb.conf

I have look in /etc/samba/smb.conf, it does have "preferred master=yes". I try to change it to no but it wouldn't let me to save it.
By the way, how i find out which version of Samba I have?
