USB drive only available when logged in on the server

I have added a WD USB hard drive to the server. It's working and available in the network, but only when I'm logged in on the server.

How can I change that so it's always available to all users? Also when I'm not logged in on the server?

You need to add it as a share. Then you can control the permissions for accessing it. Did you follow the guidance for adding a new hard drive in the wiki?
