Sometime ago when i setup my hda, there was a setting that was set to on that meant that i could
create my own testing website: ie :http://site1 or http://site2 etc.
It was in the apps section next to the installed tab.

Recently i have had to rebuild my system, re-install HDA and now i cannot find the setting

Can anybody help please.

To my shame, i have spent too long searching for the answer that i just could not see it in
the most obvious place
In answer to my own question and if any one else would like to know, the answer is to go the
the hda home page, http://hda then click on setup then settings, make sure that the
advanced settings box is ticked.
