Unable to pay for Pro Account although buying credits OK

Hi, I am trying to purchases an Amahi Pro subscription but the payment keeps failing, although purchasing 10$ credits works without a hitch.

In fact I purchased another round of credits just to make sure that MY paypal account was ok.

I suspect the pro account subscription buttons are not set-up correctly.
