I ended up rebooting for an unrelated reason. Now none of the names resolve.

Hmmmm...that tells me it could be a DNS issue. You stated earlier that the HDA was your DHCP and DNS server for all clients. Ensure you do not have any other DNS server listed in any clients as secondary.

I have seen cases in the past where users had DNS set in their router or a secondary one configured to point elsewhere. When doing so, the DNS sometimes resolved to the HDA and sometimes to the other source, hence causing an issue reaching apps.

Just a thought as this is really puzzling.

Primary and secondary DNS are pointed to my HDA.

Yeah, it's really weird. I've never seen anything like this before.

On a hunch, I just uninstalled the Amahi-packaged (and unavailable in F14) SABnzbd+ brought over from my F12 install and that seems to have gotten things immediately working again.

Since SABnzbd+ is in beta for F14, are there issues which would cause this behavior?
