I did not have this problem with Amahi 5 but I recently did a clean install for Amahi 6. Loaded apps are not able to be loaded leveraging the //xxxxxx in the browser. I am using both the dhcp and dns from the Amahi server. It almost seems like dns is not working even though it shows up as a running server. I have disabled DHCP for my router. Any thoughts on how to remidy this?

Apps can't be found ...DNS issue
Re: Apps can't be found ...DNS issue
Do you have your clients configured with the DNS of your HDA?
Re: Apps can't be found ...DNS issue
No I do not. I didn't have to do that amahi 5. I just would put the app address "addbook" in the browser and it would come up. In fact if I put hda in I get the dashboard just fine. I'm not sure what I have to do.

Re: Apps can't be found ...DNS issue
Well, I don't know what might be different from your v5 installation, but the suggested way to configure your network for Amahi is to edit the dns entries for each client so they point to your hda.
Give it a try. Its pretty easy to experiment with one client to see if it works.
