How to add Nth drive to greyhole storage pool - SOLVED

Hello,

I have 3 x 2TB drives in my greyhound storage pool.

They are / were sda, sdb and sdc

After I added the 4th 2TB drive, GParted now seems to show the new unformatted drive as sda, my o/s drive as sdb and the three existing storge drives as sdc, sdd and sde.

I'm worried that if I format the new drive now and follow the wiki instructions here: (http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Adding_ ... o_your_HDA) , that I may *break* something with fstab, greyhole and the general mounting of drives if the sequence of sd(a-z) changes.

I'd be grateful if you would let me know how to proceed safely.

I just formatted with GParted and followed the wiki instructions as above and added the new drive to greyhole.

All went well.
