error retrieving install code

I keep getting the above error when installing my hda any ideas?

This could be one of two things, either you do not have connectivity or the install code is incorrect.

It sounds more like connectivity issue. Can you ping google.com or have you tried the Installation Trouble Shooter in the wiki?
