When I am copying big files from the HDA shares into a Windows Machine, or using PLEX, the cached RAM will fill up very fast, and at the end... it will stay full, this screen-shot was taken 5 minutes after I finished copying a 40GB file.

The screenshot will give you more information about the Server, but basically after streaming a movie or copying a file, the server will stay like this until a soft reboot is performed, also this affects the DNS capabilities, as my ping -t to google will fail for 5 to 10 seconds... every 15 minutes.
I have 8GB of physical RAM, I believe it is enough for what I'm doing, or maybe not...
Any help is appreciated.
