New router, HDA stopped cant access with Putty

Postby darthvaderson » Sat Jun 11, 2016 4:31 pm

Hi all,
I have changed my router and now cant access my HDA. I have tried to log in with putty but my sessions time out. Is it something to do with my router home page? How do I go about changing the ip of my HDA? Help please!!!!!

Please explain how you changed your router.

More details are needed to assist.

Sorry. I got a new one. Went from a Billion to a Technicolour. Log in ip is different and I am wondering if that is the cause of the issue.

Yes that is the issue.

Can you change it? If not, you will need to access the HDA via terminal directly and change the subnet there.

See Change IP address in the wiki.

You have to have a keyboard and monitor connected to the HDA.
