dual boot

Postby maxpop » Fri Feb 20, 2015 10:11 pm

I have downloaded the Amahi 7 Express Disc and burnt it to a DVD. I have a problem: I must dual boot this amahi install with Win 7. Win 7 is currently on /dev/sda; the amahi should be going to /dev/sdb.

I realize that this type of install is not encouraged; it is also undocumented? Still if anyone had tried it before, I'd appreciate some help.

I did try the dual boot install -- I have to abort the process. The info/feedback I was getting from the install is a bit too confusing.

Thx,

m

Not sure if this is doable.

It might be easier if you try using the full DVD vs the Express CD. They allow more customization with the hard disks and possibly to configure the menu for dual boot.
