When i try to browse my \\HDA\Shares locally (Ubuntu) i get "Unable to mount location" What am i doing wrong? The shares works fine from another windowscomputer over the network.

You have to follow the guidance in the wiki.

Thank you that did it 
First I mounted it under /home but then I got no write access to the folder only root
mounted it instead under /media which worked fine

Is it ok to mount it under /media? or should I mount it under /mnt instead? If so why.

Media is the preferred location for removable media, such as external hard drives, etc. If it's an internal drive, I would suggest you mount it under /mnt.
