Steps for hosting multiple websites on different ports

Hi All, thought just in case anyone is interested. Just had this working, what is, got two servers exposed to internet on username.yourhda.com:port1 and username.yourhda.com:port2.

So without wasting any time, I have written my own wiki. Here is the link.
