Network Troubleshooter

Using the Network Troubleshooter, I failed step 5 - Router is reachable?.

First a choice of 234 for your hda address will cause problems with DHCP. You need to use an address less than 100 unless you can alter how Amahi works with DHCP.

run the command:

hdactl (this rebuilds the BIND files and restarts NAMED)

then try

host router

if it still does not work, check /var/named/dynamic/hda-n2a.conf

and see if router is listed in your config file.

Also what does

ifconfig eth0

show?
