Hello,
I'm new to Linux and would appreciate your help.
Is there a Linux tool equivalent to Windows Partition Magic or Acronis Disk Director Suite et al?
I'd like to replace my 80 GB operating system drive with a larger disc, essentially cloning entire drive and swapping these out and I'd like keep my greyhound storage pools as is.
I appreciate your guidance.
Ralf
Clone OS drive to larger disc, keep greyhole storage pool OK

best,
Ralf

Re: Clone OS drive to larger disc, keep greyhole storage poo
CloneZilla can clone a partition.
You just need a same-or-higher sized partition as the target.
I'd suggest disconnecting the Greyhole drives while you do that, just to make sure you don't select any of them as the target of you clone by error.
There's a CloneZilla app for Amahi, but it's in beta, so you'll need to contact support@amahi.org, or talk to cpg on IRC to get access to it.
