This is normally something I would do when copying my 3TB of data and backups over to a new setup and was wondering if there was an easy way with greyhole but I could be missing something.
Lets say I've rsynced 60,000 files over to my storage pool and I want to verfiy all the files have correctly copied.
Normally I would re-rsync and it would skip all the files based on size and modification time and won't check/re-copy them, can this be done with greyhole? I think it's harder because the landing zone is only a symlink location, is that correct?
How to verify files copied to pool
Re: How to verify files copied to pool
Mount shares locally, then use those local mount as the target of your rsync.
