osTicket Access

Is it possible to have osTicket accessible from outside networks? As of now it will only work if I go through the main page (http://hda) and if I direct to (http://osticket.hdaservername.com) is it possible to have this directly to the internet? For example, have osTicket able to be accessed at atupeck.yourhda.com/osTicket or something similar.
