Okay - i am a newbie to amahi/linux - I went into my movies folder and changed the file extensions on a few of the movies from mp4 to m4v (they were originally ripped as m4v's and the last media server I tried wouldn't play m4v's - only mp4's) and they play on the xbox 360 now. However - all my pictures also show in the video folder of xbox. I can also see a subfolder that is in my pictures folder in the video section of xbox - but can't see this subfolder in the picture section of my xbox??? I can see my music in the music section - but it won't play the mp3 files... maybe ushare does'nt like the mp3 format?? Maybe a switch to the DLNA server might help. Where can i go to install the dlna server?
