Ok, so it's out... Torrents are streaming in... What can we do to test Amahi on F14? Is it worth trying an install using the F12 repo or will that not work? Is there an alpha version we can have a go with?

You can try it but it will not work. We are a long ways from being ready to support Fedora 14. The team is just getting started with test installs and development.
If you would like to help test, we can let you know when there is a repo available to try. Would not recommend you upgrade until that time arrives.
