Problem with startx

Hello,

I have installed Amahi and had it running for a few days. Now i've configured it to start headless, but when i logon with ssh with a non root user and i type startx, it cannot run the graphics.

Isn't that by (Linux) design?

I run my Amahi server headless by reducing the runlevel setting. It is my understanding that doing that prohibits X from starting, because X needs a higher runlevel than I am currently using.

@servalan: nope, in runlevel 3 you can start X, no problems

@capzulu: it seems xorg is looking for a framebuffer device (/dev/fb0)
you should check the fedora IRC/forums, they might be able to help.
