Accessing applications from external network

Postby itfarmer » Thu Jun 10, 2010 1:33 am

First, this is what I been looking for (i think) very nice very nice project indeed.

I do have a problem, or it might just be a case of RTFM. This is the question I have.

How do I access an application eg gallery2 from an outside network like the internet. Currently I have amahi installed and gallery2 within it. On the local network it works just fine, but from external in it does not.

Internal I have gallery2.home.com.
Externally I access amahi via a full qualified domain that I own. I want to access gallery2 without login to amahi. Is that possible? For example the visitor can type in http://<full qualified domain>/gallery2

How do I set that up?

Thanks
H.

See http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Hosting_a_website for guidance on how to access apps from outside your network.
