Hi!
We're happy to share the news that Amahi received Linux Format's "Hottest Pick" award for the greatest new and updated Open Source software!
Linux Format is the UK's biggest selling Linux magazine. It is also exported to many countries worldwide.
Each month Linux Format's HotPicks section looks at the greatest new and updated open source software -- and the best of the bunch wins their Hottest Pick award.
In the newest issue, LXF129, for March 2010, Amahi won this award!
The other interesting software in this month's HotPicks section are:
* Elgg, an open source webapp for building your own fully-featured social environment: http://elgg.com/ (we should package it for Amahi!)
* Choqok - the KDE Micro-blogging client http://choqok.gnufolks.org/
This is the perfect time to take a moment and thank *you* and everyone in the community, from users to testers, to the hard-working testmasters and contributors, for making Amahi what it is today: a thriving open source software project, with a lively community and a great atmosphere!
Here is Linux Format's web page: http://www.linuxformat.com
Cheers and congratulations!
