There has been constant demand for a mail server as a one click app For Amahi. Awhile back Bigfoot65, our glorious App-Master, had an app in alpha status for Amahi4 on F10, code named AMS for "Amahi Mail Server."
Some info from Bigfoot65:
The app is based on a how-to-forge tutorial. 2 scripts, one sets the parameters in the other. Then install the second one.
Recently cpg and I embarked on a more suitable (and perhaps copy right-able) name for the application. After googling for a few minutes playing off of the words scribe, messanger, and post (as in the office or royal mail) I encountered the following:
Paynal
http://www.economicexpert.com/a/Paynal.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paynal
http://www.spiritus-temporis.com/huitzilopochtli/
In Aztec mythology, Paynal was the impersonator and messenger of Huitzilopochtli. Paynal took on his master's attributes at official functions while Huitzilopochtli was trapped in the underworld or otherwise unavailable. Huitzilopochtli was often represented by the symbol of the hummingbird.
I have attached a picture I found of a hummingbird online.
But we need more suggestions! Some things to be aware of when suggesting a name a) make sure there isn't something out there that is similar in function (ie instant messanger, mail server, etc) with the same name and b) make sure it can be used at all!
What do you think? Sound off either here or in the IRC Chat

How about Mochila Mail. Mochila being a reference to the pouch used to carry the mail by the Pony Express riders.
The only other thing I found out there is http://www.mochila.com/
Just my .02 peso entry!
Pat
Edit: Photo added, not as exciting as a hummingbird, but...

I like pjcrux's name and image, its slightly associated with Thunderbird so that might help draw people in also, its easy to remember.

Re: Amahi Mail Server
I like the mystical idea behind "Paynal" but it sounds, unfortunately, painful (sorry

Would this include a e-mail server and e-mail client also or just a server?
