HI
How stable is Amahi 12? i seen the wiki page but not sure when it was last updated... want to get a later version of fedora so I can upgrade nextcloud. Thanks!

It is still in development and not ready for production.

You are welcome to help test, but no guarantee that everything is working properly.

Regarding Amahi 12 would this be ok to install on Fedora 35, if so how can I get the beta release.

It is only for Fedora 35.

You can install it, however there are no LIVE apps and some features may not work.
