Ratings and how to view them

Is it possible to view the comments that led to a particular rating of an App? Not much use if not.

There are no comments associated with the rating. I disagree with your comment.

The rating typically reflects how users who have tested/installed this application rate it. If you see a low rating, it may be the app did not work as advertised.
