Powers Off and then Won't Re-Boot

Every time I power off the PC, or if I have a power failure, the system will not re-boot into a working unit! I have to reinstall from DVD every time!

Anyone else having this problem??

Can't say I have heard of this one.

Could be a bad drive. A power failure can cause a lot of issues with the file system.
