As I say, I'm new to Fedora so unsure if im doing it right.

My Ethernet interface is enp1s0. I was creating another ifcfg file in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts for enp1s0:0 with a new IP address to host pixelserv, except it doesn't work on Amahi 7 (it did work on Fedora 21).
The active Ethernet interface in ifconfig also shows as p1p0 (or similar, I'm not at the server right now) - something unique to amahi?
Currently working around it by changing the init script of pixelserv to also create a temporary virtual interface at the same time, then drop it on closing pixelserv.

I'll shout out on irc later when I get back home - hopefully someone knows a bit more on the network config on fedora!

Try following the create multiple IP addresses to one single network interface guidance.

This may be similar to what you tried, but maybe there is something here you missed.
