Not able to access owncloud 7

Postby anamika » Sun Dec 28, 2014 10:42 am

Installed owncloud 7 from Amahi app store. This link
http://owncloud7.amahi.net
takes me to why am I here page. I installed linfo and takes me to the same page. I am ABLE to access hda from inside and outside the network using http://internal ipaddress but not the external ip. If I portforward I am able to access the hda with username.yourhda.com
Network trouble shooting brings me upto step 8 where I can see 25 lines. I think it's displaying the amahi home page in command line. I see lines like"'say hello to Amahi Anywhere'"https:/wiki.amahi.org".
Is this what I am supposed to see and I am definitely not looking at the 2 lines from the troubleshooter.
status httpd status gives me the following error
https could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using localhost.localdomain. set the servername directive globally to suppress this message.

I am not given with the option to disable dhcp of my router.
Can somebody help me with this please?

You have listed many things here and I am confused on what you are asking. Please try to detail one item at a time so we can assist.

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I was trying to enlist the procedure I have followed so far. Sorry for the confusion.
My issue is that I am not able to access owncloud 7 from inside or outside the LAN.

If you cannot disable the DHCP on your router, can you restrict it to a single IP address? If so, they you can make that the HDA IP address and allow it to serve the DHCP leases to your network. You may have to restart your network and clients. See this FAQ for more info.

As for accessing apps outside your network, there are additional steps needed. Please see hosting a website guidance in the Amahi wiki. This capability is not enabled by default and requires some manual configuration.
