SOLVED: Database Back Up App Failed to Install

I'm trying to install the DB Back up app, but it failed to install. Have a look at the log at

It looks like the request to download the archive file timed out, but when I try the same url in my browser, the file is immediately downloaded. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I recommend you try a different browser. Also ensure the browser cache is cleared. Then try install again. It may take a few depending on your network connection, but should work.

Apologies for not responding sooner. Somehow, it resolved itself. When I finally checked up on this issue, the link was displayed on my dashboard. Thanks.
