It's the first service that is starting...before my other web-apps such as Couchpotato.

Adito - Cannot access
Re: Adito - Cannot access
I would do a manual stop and start of the service to see if it is working correctly when started.

Re: Adito - Cannot access
It is started but I still cannot login. Here is the terminal what it states:
I tried it also from within my home network...no luck.
Code: Select all
root@monster:/var/hda/web-apps/couchpotato/html# service adito stop
Stopping Adito...
Adito was not running.
root@monster:/var/hda/web-apps/couchpotato/html# service adito start
Starting Adito...
root@monster:/var/hda/web-apps/couchpotato/html#
Re: Adito - Cannot access
It appears as if it is not running when you tried to stop it. That leads me to believe it starts, then stops on it's own.
Check out the wiki guidance and see if it helps.

I had that happen once and ended up uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling and all was fine.
I will try to test locally and see if I can find any problems.

Re: Adito - Cannot access
Re-install after reboot did it. Too bad I need to re-configure my drives/ folders again. Strange behaviour though.
Re: Adito - Cannot access
Yea I never understood that either. It only happened to me once, but what a pain. This app is long gone from being developed so we are stuck with it as is. I believe a company bought it and now it's commercial with an associated cost.
I think there is a way to back up your settings, but cannot recall. I have not been using it much lately since my work has blocked access to the free dynamic dns addresses I use.

Re: Adito - Cannot access
No other alternative?
Re: Adito - Cannot access
Not really. I work for DoD so security it pretty tight. They block all web mail and cloud storage services. It's pretty hard to find anything that will work.
