f10.Amahi.org / f11.amahi.org down - Fixed (per bk)

Postby marcel » Sun Nov 15, 2009 4:32 am

Try to reinstall amahi (f11 and f10). I'll get a error at the beginning of the installation.

f10

Code: Select all

The file amahi-sabnzbd-0.4.6-11.norch.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupt package or corrupt media. Please verify your installation source.

f11

Code: Select all

The file hda-release-1.0-1.noarch.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, corrupt package or corrupt media. Please verify your installation source.

I do not think self install has been tested with Fedora 12 just yet.

What is the exact error? Also how did you install?

by adding the f12.amahi.org repo...

it starts the install, then fires that error (about missing the rpm) then fails (reboot or retry).

attached is the error... let me know what you think.

Yes, I realize it's in VMWare, but all looks good on the server side.

thanks for the pic.

when you get to that point, can you try alt-f2 (or ctrl-alt-f2) or f3/f4/f5 to see if it says more as to why it failed to get the rpm?

this looks like it's the first of the amahi rpms fetched because of the dependencies, so maybe something happened with the network??
