CLOSED: Request for Assistance - New Amahi 11 Install won't connect to WiFi

Hello All,
I have freshly installed Amahi 11 on my old Dell Insperion Laptop. It took a couple of attempts, but finally the stars aligned and the install completed fine and I was able to successfully reboot the computer. I tried to SSH into the server with no luck. When I logged into the server I checked and while WiFi was enabled, it was not connected. Looking at the historical connections, the correct connection was on the list, but I could not reconnect.
Just an FYI to those who will say ... Google is your friend ... or something similar, I have spent a number of hours trying to track this problem down on Google, The Amahi site, and placating the computer gods. No luck. My problem may be installation related, although I explicitly followed the installation instructions. It may also be due to my lack of in depth knowledge of networking from the command line. I am new to servers but have used Terminal quite a bit under Ubuntu desktop, I've never had to do anything with networks from the command line before.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
