small and efficient computer hardware

hi guys,

I have been a Amahi user for a long time now and I love the platform. Im currently looking into the standby powerconsumption of our house and my current setup uses about 50-60W in idle.

What would be a good choice for hardware to minimize powerconsumption while the system is idle?

I currently have a
MB: ASRock N68-GS3 UCC
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 Processor (3.014 GHz)
memory: 4 GB
HDD: couple WD green hard drives

and my Amahi OS is on a small SSD drive
