Hi

I tried to install SSL using the wiki my Apache Server failed to start.

When I enter this, I get:

I put all the conf files etc back to how they were....

If you put everything back to the way it was, httpd should start.

There is something not right with your configuration and the error message does not point to the issue.

Recommend you check the httpd log file for errors. It's located at /var/log/httpd/error_log

Don't recommend you implement the wiki guidance on access HDA over SSL. As it states, it could break your HDA which it obviously did. It's not needed in my opinion.

If you followed some other guidance, please let me know.

Hi

I found out that I put the private key in the wrong folder.... Took me 3 hours to figure it out!

LOL I know, it's not funny.

I have had moments like that before too.

So is it sorted out now?

If so, I will mark the thread closed.
