First I wanted to thank you for all your help with this issue so far.

I've determined which drive is bad. I've commented it out of /etc/fstab and physically removed it from my server. I've seen instructions on how to add a drive, but how do I actually "replace" a drive and get it back in the pool, causing as minimal disruption as possible (I know, asking for alot...). Do the drives all need to be the same size. The drive that's bad was a 2TB. Can i put in a 4TB if the other drives are smaller? Or possibly replace the 2TB with a 2TB and "add" another 2TB giving me a total of 4 data drives.

If there's a wiki or some documentation you can point me to, that would be great.

Again, thanks for all your help.

You can add any size drive. They don’t have to match.

Check the wiki for guidance.

BTW you’ll need to tell Greyhole the drive was removed.

Should be plenty of help in the wiki.
